Coming in September: a special gift from the school to its parents which is unique to the Ark Christian School. Below is an extract from a letter sent to parents in April 2021:The School Board wishes to ensure that no pupil of any age will have to leave the school if they suffer the unexpected loss of a parent. In line with the biblical instruction to “look after orphans and widows in their distress” (James 1:27), we will be contacting you before the new school year in September 2021 to invite you to register your family for a free grant for the rest of their school career in the case of the loss of a parent breadwinner. This initiative will be a gift from the school to our families so that children do not have a tragic loss compounded by a change of school.
