The school staff will testify that working at the Ark Christian School is a rewarding, fulfilling experience. It is a special place with a calm, purposeful atmosphere where the teachers from across the school meet together every morning and work as a whole school team whatever section they work in. The Headteacher and her primary and secondary coordinators are an integral part of that team with their own teaching commitments. They are a visible presence around the school during the day.

There is limited staff turnover but any vacancies that do arise will be listed below. We look for teachers who can meet the following criteria for appointment:

• Appropriate qualifications and experience
• Native English speakers (except for Spanish teaching positions)
• EU/UK passport or permit to work in Spain
• Willingness to uphold the Christian ethos of the school

Fuengirola is a great place to live with beautiful beaches and rich, green countryside on its doorstep. The school is a ten minute walk from the beach with good transport links nearby.
